How to Join: 
 

1. Parents must read the Statement of Faith, Rules & Guidelines, and Parent Volunteer Commitment documents.
2. Each middle & high school student must read the Rules & Guidelines document.
3. Download, complete and print the *Family Membership Form.
4. Download, complete and print the *Parent Volunteer Commitment Form.
5. Download, complete and print the *Background Check Form.
6. Download, print and sign the Commitment/Liability Release Form. (Note: Middle and High School students must also sign this form.)
7. Download, print and sign the Participation Agreement form. 
8. Go to the Registration  page to select classes you are interested in for your students.

  * Forms with an asterisk next to them are editable forms that can be filled out online and then printed.  If you have problems with editable forms, please use the links below to .pdf versions of the forms that can be printed and filled out manually.

New member registrations must include the following documents to be considered for membership:

2. Parent Volunteer Commitment Form
3. Background Check Form
4. Commitment/Liabilty Release Form
5. Participation Agreement Form
6. Registration Form for each student from the Registration page
7. $50 Registration Fee (Registration fee checks will not be cashed until membership has been confirmed)

 New membership is limited and applications will be accepted based upon class availability.  We will continue to take applications for the waiting list if the membership limit is reached.
