How to Register:

1. Non members complete membership form found on the Membership  page.
2. Download and complete the appropriate Class Registration Form for each student who will be attending classes. (Descriptions of all the classes can be found on the classes page of the website)

                        Kindergarten,Preschool, Nursery  Class Registration Form

1st-4th Grade   Class Registration Form

5th-6th Grade   Class Registration Form

7th-12th Grade  Class Registration Form

3. Write a $50 check payable to Kingdom Builder’s Co-op to cover the yearly family registration fee.  This fee is non-refundable. (Note: Class sizes are limited.  If we are unable to offer the classes you have requested, we will gladly refund your registration fee.) 

Parental involvement is crucial to the success of the co-op.  You will be contacted to find an area where you can most effectively serve.
